It’s very simple!
To pause your subscription:
Log in to your customer account, go to the “Subscriptions” section, and click on “Manage my subscriptions.”
Select the relevant subscription, then click on “Cancel my subscription.”
You will receive an email confirming the suspension.
*Cancellation is only possible after 3 months for plans with a 3-month commitment.
To reactivate your subscription:
Go to the “Subscriptions” section, then click on “Manage my subscriptions.”
Open the “Inactive” tab and click on “Reactivate.”
You will receive an email confirming the reactivation along with your next renewal date.
